Title, looking to do something for the pvp community but i don't know where to begin looking for opinions!

Probably something from the cash shop: eggs, costumes, reset scrolls, etc. Gold could help some pvpers that pvp and pve, but I know that not every pvper also pves. But I'm pretty sure every pvper would be happy with something from the cash shop or just the currency to buy whatever they want.

1st place won 100k DNP
2nd place won 50k DNP
3rd place won 30k DNP
This is definitely a lot for prizes, but still, I think it shows how people are willing to try pvp events for rewards like these. Maybe you could even get with Dean to help host another pvp event or at least to help with the rewards. I know DN SEA is having many pvp events that a GM helps with giving DNP prizes I believe. Whenever I'm awake during their livestreams it's pretty fun to participate in the comments. However, their videos due get much more views.
Also, just in case.. thanks so much for having the pvp event Dean! It was a lot of fun and I hope there are more to come!

I think we had something like this called like DNCL a while ago, and apparently it crashed and burned hardcore.
I quit for a bit during it but apparently there were problems, so take this as you will. I'm all for pvp events but realize you're threading over a failed precedent. Idek if it's relevant tho since Idk the exact details of the DNCL lol.Comment

If Tiny says it was a success it probably was, as Tiny is pretty reputable. If you do an event try to get competent people behind you though, I recall not knowing any of the people behind the DNCL besides like Kavalan and he lagged like a madman.
Just avoid internal conflict and you should in theory be good to go. I'm mostly talking about topics I know nothing about though. ;^))Comment

On DNCL's biggest week, nexon provided a 2million NX prize pool.
The judges did not have any say in the final outcome of matches. The judges were simply there for event entry procedure and record keeping purposes. They were also allowed to participate in the event if they chose to.

If you end up working towards a DNCL 2.0 I have one suggestion. I applied and played once, and immediately was disqualified because I used a "Blacklisted move". Not everyone 1v1's all day and uses a rule that
doesn't let them enjoy their skills to the full extent. Anyway, it would be helpful to explain to players the supposed rules before letting them blindly participate.Comment
