So slightly late to this, but class balancing will be.... problematic for the foreseeable future.

    https://docs.google.com/document/d/1...t?usp=drivesdk

Translated post from the devs, but summary is that the above is their internal DPS ranking and collection data that they have been working with to do class balancing.

Unfortunately the above is based off 4 man nests and exclude the 8 man raids. Which would explain why some classes which are less powerful in 8 man raids have yet to receive buffs (a big one is Crusader) while a select few others which are decent in 8 mans are getting more buffs (DA, ML etc.)

The only good thing is that we now know they are not balancing off a vacuum, they are doing it off some data/ Problem is that it is a very flawed set of data, as I believe most raiders would be able to tell you with one glance at the Dev's data.

If class balancing is something that would make or break your DN experience, then this problem is something you have to consider.

Else, most of 95 cap is relatively well done, the only problem is that it is a bit overly grindy in nature (theoretically, without factoring in potential new content and lucky drops things like Slayer Equipment and Legend jades can take up to 1 year of farming everyday). This would mean that if you lack the time to put to DN everyday because of school/work/other games then it is likely you will not be able to keep up for very long in 95 cap. This is in contrast to previous caps where the last cap's L grade gear set is all you need to really see the next raid and the content of the cap itself before the raid was semi-negligible.

All in all, 95 cap looks good but the main things that would dissuade players is their constant problem of balancing and the time investment required for this cap. If you can afford to plug the time in and don't mind the usual balancing problems then 95 cap looks to be one of the best caps DN ever had.
