or let us just say who is more Superior, the Product Manager or the Developer?
Specifically between PM Tasha and Developer K.

The PM should have the final decision, however considering how you don't need any IT knowledge to apply for a PM position at ED, I'd say she's mostly K's yes-man 9 times out of 10. I'd imagine most of the disagreements that occur are ultimately caused by the so-called "sales-oriented mindset" ED expects out of PMs.

IMO the decision making on patch updates, rework,events lies with DevK since he knows the QWERTY of gameplay
rather on the part of PM Tasha's creative plushies on players order & control .
