Are the enhancement hammer do apply in the Enhancement Table? I mean if i use enhancement hammer, is it same chance? if theres a Enhancement event like 30% enhance up. is it applied in Enhancement Hammer? Thank you

I also have the same question, do enhancement hammers have a higher success rate of enhancing gear if there is an enhancement rate event with 30% additional success rate? or is it a fixed value and only manually enhancing with the blacksmith the enhancement rate event affects the enhancement success rate?
