I can't change town (Calderock to saint haven)

It just shows black screen when I am going to saint haven, but I can still press Esc and find the invisible button to go back to character selection screen. anybody?

clé floue I've seen such flaws in game also maybe ur mouse pointer got stuck in the alt-tab,
or a connectivity delay has caused the GUI portal malfunction.
