They're not updating the stats even if the gen acc are lvl 95?

No, stats not updated because they released a new acc from a new pseudo-raid to replace genesis.

No need to craft, they update all existing Genesis/Refined Genesis to lvl 95.

Actually some servers require you to buy the item to convert to 95. Depends on region I suppose.

Changes in level restrictions for wearing Genesis Accessory

• Level restrictions for wearing Genesis accessory has been changed to Lv95 from the previous Lv90 and Lv93.
• (However, if you already have Genesis Accessories from the past, you will have to manually change the item level to 95 by creating a Chalice of Caprice.)

From patch note, anyone can share the mats needed for this Chalice of Caprice?

Another question, if you have the old lvl 90 genesis, do you need to make it lvl 95 first before you can refine it or you can just refine it rightaway?

According to Jeezus, you need 500 Gold and 50 High Grade Garnets.
