      You are assuming in the first place there is a jelly event. Is there actually any details on that apart from that picture of the event calendar?

      If there are no official details, how are people supposed to answer ANY of your questions? Every answer you get (despite being satisfying) will be all assumptions.

      Tbh the comment earlier answers your question, "no official announcement" around that time so no one except the GM's know the answer, use your common sense. That kind of comment you are making is you the fool. This is a general discussion forum, not "Exact literal answers" forum.
