Alpaca Pheromone Quest Reward

When you finish the quest mentioned above you'll get the Hero's EXP Potion (30,000) and when i use the potion i level up my Hero Level but my stats stay the same, why is that?

Idk if it's intended to be like that or if it's bugged...or maybe i've reached the cap of the stats i can have from Hero Level
can someone enlighten me about this?

Currently my Hero Level is 113

maybe you don't remember it right, it only add 100 atk power per level. your current level is 113 your attack power must 11200, am I right?

i checked just now and it's 11, 200 attk.
But i could've sworn i saw 10,800 right after i consumed the potion. Must be some kind of delay...or i'm just seeing things.. @.@
