Bling-bling rewards - missed getting the rewards :(

Hey guys. So a few weeks ago, i bought treasure boxes for the bling bling gacha rewards event.

i havent been playing since then due to real life errands.

and I just realised that we can only get the rewards until oct 9th. Since it is already oct 11, my rewards are already forfeited.

anyone else here who is on the same boat as mine?

Well, as that ship has sailed, nothing can be done, if you try to send a message, it is more likely that they will answer something like: "we are not responsible for the expired rewards and will not be reimbursed" u can check bling bling gacha event post link too: https://sea.dragonnest.com/news/notice/all/198

Real life errands are important I feel you but you should at least log in on the designated date of releases of rewards before the expiration date.
A few minutes will do just to claim your rewards... lesson learned...
