When I go PVP or PVE wearing op outfits like Medea (Full Set), my action speed and walk speed decreases. This is easily noticeable when you wear Beginner Outfit while doing nests, then swapped to Op items.
I noticed this everytime I do PVP as well.
Last month, I have some spare recorded PVP fights wearing Medea (Outfits naturally doesn't influence in PVP), and I noticed that I walk and attack too slow (even with Action Speed Plate). And then I compared it to my recorded PVP battle yesterday (Now wearing Beginner outfit). And I was like "wtf? I didn't knew I moved and attacked like this so fast unlike my previous one before?"
My point here is:
It seems wearing op outfits makes you slower, while non-op outfits makes you faster.
I was so pissed because I upgraded my Unique Main&Sec Armor and Weapon to Legend because now it made me attack slower which it makes me rely on Atk Spd Buffs (Self Buff, Skillplate, Hero Skill, your friend who has Spd Buff), while unlike before (which I use Unique set), I can attack with "good enough" speed without relying to Atk Spd buffs.
EDIT: I just found out that Attack Speed skillplates actually compensates on specific skills you only casted in PVP. But if you wear Low-lvl armor/weapon with Atk. Spd. skillplate, it actually makes you go faster.
