    Check your PC/ Laptop's time zone. If it's not GMT/UTC+8, then change it to GMT/UTC+8 and relog DN.
    Check the schedule of SHD too...

    SHD only open in certain time on daily schedule based on GMT+8 time.
    If you're in different timezone you might not be in scheduled time range, therefore SHD is unavailable for you.
