ESCAPE Quest BUG?? [ The Last Step ]

Hey...
Been playing for a week..
I cant pass thru this mission...did i miss something or is this a bug..?
the mission said to talk to Heraldy and after i did ..nothing changes and the question mark is still up there
i've tried relogging and abandoning the Q but still...
is there anything i missed..? need helpp

i think the bug because the new update i cant proceed that main quest too
