Drop rate on Sunset Corridor

I was just wondering if these lines from the patchnotes were really implemented for double rate on sunset dungeons. Or is it not applicable to sunset leaves since (I think) I am still getting the same number of leaves every run.

yup hear are the rates it's actually instead of 200% it's half of what it use to be, provided by our Divintor god himself. Maybe if you SEA guys complain enough. We'll also get the fixed in our copy pasted NA server. Vahr did mention SEA is slightly different than ours but still shit.
