Oath System Stats ?

Hi Guys me and my friend is planning to buy an Oath Scroll , I just want to ask about the stats for both Perfect Oath and Happy Oath. Thank you guys for the time and response .

1. Oath Ring
Yes and No. IMO, Red Dragon Flower Ring is better than the Oath Ring, as it has the set bonus in where with 2 parts gives you 15% critical. However, Red Dragon ring is kinda hard to get as you would need to spam the conversion chests / treasure chests to get it. Therefore Oath Ring provided another alternative with sure attainment at 120k CC, or 60k CC if you shared the package cost with your partner.

2. Perfect Oath Buff.
Kinda not worth. It only works on 4 man contents (dungeons, nests, etc.), but will not works in raids. Works similarly like Dragon Buff.
