Barbarian Dream Jade (Stomp), Boost or Nerf?

I saw the latest patch note last night and i stumble upon the Dreamy Dragon Jade Balance Changes. At first i'm glad that barbarian dreamy jade (stomp) will have a increase in charging speed but correct me if i'm wrong in understanding the content that DNSEA posted. Currently the Dream Jade (stomp) 1-3 inflict 195% damage of its awakened and now this coming patch will be 170%? SERIOUSLY???

Some class will have a boosted dream jade while Barbarian jade will be NERF?. Tell this is a typo or a copy-paste post not properly edited and if this is true well this patch note SUCKS!!!

It's a case of mistranslation. IIRC, it's supposed to be 195% of first attack --> 170% of total damage.

Honestly, this change on the Barbarian Dream Jade was applied already since last month without advice, so, no need to worry about this unless ED have decided to change it again.
