Screen resolution problem

My problem is the following...
Every time I start the game the screen resolution is changed to 320 x 200 which makes it impossible to do anything
I can't log in to my account because everything looks blurry, and I can't move the mouse either.

Here I leave the characteristics of my PC
Please help me
