LAG in game

I've been experiencing lags in game. But only inside each town. Idk if the myth's are real but some say in some specific channel as well. Not just that, but i was lagging when talking to an NPC and lagging, closed the game. Now I can't login anymore. It says Duplicate logins, but it should've logged out already when the info shows up. But it did not. Now, I tried to log it in multiple times, now my IP is banned. LOL wtf. Oh and btw, I have 200mbps internet speed. Checked with speedtest by ookla.
