DragonNest Program Problem

After I downloaded dragonnest from https://sea.dragonnest.com/teaser and I installed it, BUT i cant even reach the login screen and yet i stuck in the video screen either i click ESC to skip the video or i waited the video to load finish. After that, my dragon nest went to not responding and its keep happening all the time i open my dragon nest. Hope this can be fix ASAP
