The epic grade equipments that the blacksmith is selling and are those worth buying?

Those are the same as the ones you pick up in the 95 abyss dungeons. They are worth it if you're just starting out in 95 cap and they provide decent stats as well although you'll get a random stat when you buy from the Blacksmith so you might want to save up some if you want to get the right stat for your character (or you could buy in the Trading House for the right stat but at a somewhat higher cost).

However, if you have RuDNU equipment then it's better to transform those into Medea (or the, more or less, unique version of the Neris Equipment). It's a cheaper option than going for IDNL gear at the moment.

will the stats of my rudn unique carry over to the 95 unique?

Yes. The enhancements will carry over to the 95 unique. If you need further confirmation on this then it'll be in the most recent patch for DNSEA.
