DragonNest SEA errors and disconnections

Am I the only one experiencing this?
It (crashing) happens to me everyday. Sometimes once or twice a day. If not, disconnections occur.

Please help us about this issue. Thanks.

I suggest some things

1. Clear your Browser's Cookies & Temporary files for stable connection (esp. IE).
2. Expand your PC/Laptop's Memory to 8gb to handle most annoying occurrence.
3. Avoid playing on home with multiple connections from family members via WIFI.
4. Lastly, if those 3 won't work on you very well, maybe its connection issues (ISP Provider) or probably Server minor mishaps.

u can try with this menthod..
Right click on DragonNest.exe >> properties>tab compatibilty
set:
-compatibility mode >> windows XP3.
-checklist disable visual & desktop.

I saw someone shouting in the world chat that DragonNest SEA server has bugs in Windows 10.
If that is the case, please help us...
