Disconnect in game while i'm in dungeon with a party

It's very Annoying that everytime i enter a Dungeon with a leveling party, i get this sudden lag and it will only take few mins and the "Disconnect" error pop up. Is there any method to avoid this?

When you suspect you had DC-ed, try these steps:
1. Talk. If your message did not appear or the bluebird does not show up, you are DC.
2. If above are true, straight exit the game to avoid wasting your time waiting for that system message to pop out.
3. If you are in raid, it is better to straight close DN through Task Manager which is faster than Step 2.
