Best equipment to aim for?

Hi everyone. I current have a full legend Ice dragon set with +7 on my armour, and +13 for both my weapons. Should I be aiming for the legend lvl 93 rune equips or the new lvl 95 equips?

To get Calyspse (95L), you need Rune L. So just go for Rune L now.

If you're going to change to Rune L anyway then no...
If you're going the service route, just get Rune L then enhance that instead.

I think you are being trolled. Chances of getting +13 is generally low, with luck you spend at least 100k to hit +13. WIthout luck, it may cost up to 300k to get a single +13 or more. However, it's not difficult to get +10 Rune L from scratch via enhancing. Theoretically it will cost approximately 40k only.

I really am curious on the identity of the person whom told you this. Any legit user with +13 L will tell you this is bullshit.
