Unless you left your variant jade at lvl 2 or less you wont sacrifice HP, variant jades gives vit% like a regular xstat/vit jade at lvl 3

theres only 3 defense jade available in 90 it is (str,vit/ agi,vit/ int,vit) so choose what ever you like.
moonlord is int base.

There's also the crit variant instead of vit so that makes it 6.
For those who needs crit while sacrificing some HP.
