does the drop rate event/hot spring work on dimensional rabbit box?

Sadly no.
Dimensional Rabbit is like a Treasure Chest. (You need to open it manually)
Drop rate event / Hotspring buff only affects direct drop from monsters when you kill them. (e.g. Slayer Mode Boss, Distorted Zone Boss, Gate of Memories Bosses). It has no effect on Treasure Chest ( the one you open after clearing a nest or dungeon)
