U can get from Dragon Nest too like Rune Dragon nest (Rudn) but that for cap 93. just like Nimmienaticz said, u can get from Remote Dungeon Quest with need more RNG(lucky) of course, but it worth for our cap now, cap 95>> Why not helping some player <<

Just a tip, it's better to just buy it off from TH if you need it ASAP. The Remote Dungeon Box reward does not guarantee 100% fellowship heraldy. You can get dirtcheap stuff there like NPC gifts (lots of variation for this), talisman and jade fragments (tho idk if prices are rising for them), and just some gold. Besides you can choose the desired stat you want if you buy it off, crafting them needs some RNG prayers too.Comment

Should be cheaper although even non-3rd stat fellowship heraldies have different base values. -
i believe lvl95 fellowship heraldies also follow the new heraldies system, where 3rd stat is always there -
