New Player Need Advice

I'm here Today to ask a few questions about this game, The play style of this game. and what character should I pick before my journey starts. I don't know much about this game please guide me.
I'm aiming for farming character. , not too expensive, but fun to play. worth investing ( not real money but time ).

Although there are hell lot of guides and discussions out there in the forum, but let me conclude some of the main points plus my own suggestions.

Play style? Well currently this game is too bias on DPS, and support classes has lesser use now. Today, they are literally forcing support classes into DPS as well sadly.

Now about character picking. Simple rule in DN: DPS need higher gear requirement while support doesnt. So to build a decent DPS character, you will need decent gears or else prepare for public discrimination (SEA cancer).
So to answer your question, go for current top tier DPS classes: Flurry, Bleed Phantom, Shooting Star, etc. (I forgot the rest). They can deal more damage compared to other classes with same gears, so it should have no problem in farming.
In term of fun, it is subjective. You will need to experience several classes before you find the one you find the most fun in it.

yup totaly bias on DPS i mean, im a guardian so im kinda useless on anypartys that has good gears too.
