Is there any other way of collecting material spirits and growth spirits instead of using money and getting them in altea boxes?

I also wanted to add, Each Spirit there costs 1,000 Dungeon Points and gives a total of 3750 EXP, each level of the Spirit you want to level up increases their EXP cap from level 1 being 3750 to level 2 multiplying it by 2 which is going to be 7500 then level 3 15000 and so on.
i believe the total spirits you would spend to level up your spirit would be 8 or 10
