What to do with job change scroll in spin off character?

By all accounts any item with a time limit is untradeable.

Second if they even allowed such things or make it server storageable, players would easily be able to exploit it and max out characters (yes a long tedious method of exploit but still a free job change scroll which is worth a lot, gold and cash wise although the price would significantly decrease on the long run if this was alllowed) to trade/transfer said item.
