because i want to wait till the 400% exp only if it will be before patch for august. was it always before patch for every month?

It gives you 15 Lumi Dragon Jade Heart, 200 Lumi Dragon Jade Fragment. No Mid Grade Dragon Heart. Ok?

when i enter labyrinth 50 for example in 4 man pt, then they leave, is it still counted as 280% hp? want to test dps to sell svc.
