I wanna know what happened to my cc and dnp, I successfully transferred my account last year, but don't have time to play, now I'm ready to return playing, all my CC and DNP is 0, kinda lost my appetite returning

For DNP, be aware that there is a montly DNP reset (meaning all your DNP gone if you don't use it within the month of acquisition). So it's definitely gone.
For CC, you'll need to convert it to EYET first. Be aware though that you'll need to open that CC account that has remaining CC. If you can't then say goodbye. Also, CC to EYET conversions are done with 5,000 as the base amount. Any amount lower than that can't be converted. -
Yes, try to open your old cherry credits account before the migration, might be worth checking out if your credits is still there.
If in case it is really gone, you might want to check out the ongoing events since you can catch up fast because of the free level 95 medea +20.Comment

Cherry Credits freaking Removes all your unused CC if you have not Topped Up new CC after 1 year.
Learned that the hard way. all my unused cc gone just because I had 1 year hiatus.Comment

good to say that my cc is still intact, its there for over 2 or 3 years, AFAIK when the time I topped up there was a term that CC won't expire, SpeedReign where can I read that term applied to you? I feel super unfortunate with my DNP for I had converted most of my gold in DNP in my preparation of my hiatus.Comment
