Q: Enhancement Hammer 90%

Noob question here,

Is the 90% hammer will be adjusted up to tier 3 when it releases or really up to tier 2 only?

I think Hammers won't work for Tier 3 Calypse. Why use Hammers though when the success rate is a flat 80% at all levels?

Sadly i kept a lot of it during powerstone era. Around 50 pcs. So, I'm thinking if this would be applicable to be used on T3. ill just use all of it there.

Yes it works on tier 3, 90% L enhancement hammers gives 90% success rate.. Other hammers was nerfed badly, like 5% success rate :v
