Question regarding crystal point

Greetings,

I Heard that Main Quest gives Crystal Points and finishing it at current patch gives a total of 100k CRYSTAL points. some say it gives 2500 CRYSTAL points per Chapter

Now Here's my Question
is it true that it gives the CP per chapter?
what about the characters that are at chapter 15? even or those old characters that has proceeded with the main quests even before crystal points was implemented can we still get the total amount?

Unfortunately, you can no longer obtain the crystal points from chapters that are skipped or already completed prior to this quest reward update.

The total amount of those is about 100k+
another 200k should be from Cash Shop
lol.
