Mysterious Talisman Box

Tried to open 50 boxes and somehow only got 1 rare talisman.
Just last week it was slightly easier to get it around 5-7 per 50 boxes.
Is this one got nerfed upon recent patch or that's how it always is?

It is always how it should be. Last month is a bug.

So it's a bug, i was wondering why it is so easy to get the ultimate talisman, before you need to open 100 boxes to get 1 270 FD talisman.
