Red lotus gacha event enquiry

Hey there,
Didn't know where else I could have post this question.

I was wondering if the 20 Red Lotus Gacha boxes from the Lucky Lily Pack count towards the entry to the gacha event.
(To join gacha event, need to buy 10 + 10 gacha or I can just buy 1 single Lucky Lily?)

Since Cherry Credit time lucky lily is not considered gatcha , so not counted. You have to buy the 10 + 10 to be counted.
