Mssing Lena quest for Timid man quest I

Hi,

After completing the timid quest. I suppose to return to saint haven and look lena.
even my quest marker tell me to go to that location in the castle.

However, she is not there in saint haven. I have tried to go to different location and return; tried to relogin, redo the quest, change server
but to to no aviail.

in the quest log, i have unchecked both

is this a bug?
please advice
