EYEC seems like the new DNP that can't buy everything in the cash shop
I've been a paying customer for Cherry Credits through paypal because it's near impossible to find CherryCredit cards/epin sellers in my country
If paypal doesn't let me buy everything in the cash shop, there's not much of a point is there

we don't have any information about that yet... but i thought DNP are still DNP, while EYEC is DNcash, remember that new cash currency in cash shop on the last few months... "CC - DNcash - DNP"

i believe you can buy anything, but you are unable to gift items.

I believe this was done to prevent this scenario !

Player spends 100,000$ on shop items on an alt and gifts to their main
Player says they got hacked and takes money back
Players main now got tons of free stuff
