Greater Control Over Chat Filter

Probably don't need me to say this, but chat tends to be field with either world or field chats. This can get pretty annoying when only 10% of the messages in "Guild" chat are actually from guild members. In other chat tabs that aren't general, we should be able to see "our" chats, not others.

I suggest giving greater, or full control over the chat filters.
