Can we see bug fixes included in the weekly maintenances?

It's somewhat frustrating to see content glitched and having to wait for the next game update to fix bugs, and sometimes it may even take more than a month to have something done about it. And seeing that these weekly maintenances are nothing more than upkeeps, it would be awesome to have a few bug fixes rolling out every week, not asking for every bug to be fixed. But enough to make it feel consistent and not have to wait a month for the verdict on whether specific bugs will be addressed.
