Can't pick up party members' loot

Why did they make it so you cannot pick up people's items with their name on it? It's only like this in raids but not nests. This is a really good feature so people who may be dcing can still get their loot when their friends pick it up instead of having that horrible experience where you about to dc from a run and cant pick up your own items

should change it back
