Can not buy eye cash

When I am trying to buy eye cash, i use paypal to pay 50 dollars. but it said something error(barely forget, it shows number 3*** something....something) , and the system told me to try again. Then I try four times but still not success. Then I check my wells fargo account; it has four pending of 50 dollars. Could GM help me to check this? Basically, it's being processed I guess. Perhaps, wait for a while to get it processed? If not, I guess contact support.

bump. Also happened to me. Try to buy EYET with Google pay with no success. Twice.
