I have a main issue about completed payment for eye total as top up and it shows an error, it says, "2001: It looks like the Payment System is currently unavailable. Please try again with a different payment method or contact our customer support for further assistance at help.xsolla.com." This happens as my other account which I used for backup. If anyone have the main issue for this as well, please Dragon Nest and Xsolla, please fix this issue so I can top up my cash because I have -$1.50 for my balance and my eye total is -7,800. I need to maintain higher than that and everything will be normal for me.
