I have contacted both xsolla support, they telling me to contact dn, and ive contacted DN, telling me to contact xsolla. Ive paid using my debit card bank account. Funny thing is my money got billed INSTANTLY. Yet i have 30,000 EC on the eyecash tab on the website. But i do NOT have them IN-GAME. Decided to make a thread on forums because my issue havent been taken care of, being told to contact 2 different supports from both websites,
