yesterday night while logging on my main char i found out that my idn L Grades and gold were missing need to talk to gm if theres a possibility to get my stuff back

This is why you don't account share which is against the terms of service.
I doubt they will do anything if they find that out, it will always primarily be the account owner's fault.

People don't get "hacked" unless they go to gold buying sites and such if you didn't account share.
