Log in window doesn't work

Nothing happens when I click the LOG IN button, not even an error message. None of the other buttons in the log in window do anything either. Not even the _ and X buttons.
Also, when I go to http://us.dragonnest.com/Support/Request and try to submit this as a bug report or account issue, I get an error message that says "Submission Failed. Please contact administrator."

You need to login on the site to send a support ticket. The Login option is on the top right of the page.
