And as for the note that Aiyunne showed, don't get your hopes up. Majority of the people ( to my knowledge) have sent in several of the same tickets due to incompetence because ED and/or CC just keep closing tickets after a few days. Or the other common response is "Please be assured that we have forwarded your issue to the respective in-charge for further assistance.' This email is always followed by a closed ticket with no help, no results, no new iona spirit. Useless. Hopefully they have a answer in tomorrows patch for all the players who keep getting their tickets closed. Time to send in more tickets! Yaya
