If an opponent's AE (Aerial Evade) is used just before the 2nd hit of Bifrost, the damage goes through. This happens 100% of the time, it just requires proper timing for it to happen (don't AE right away). Aerial Evade has invincibility frames, so no damage is supposed to happen during that period.
