Daily Missions Bugged?

I've noticed for the past few days whenever I try to do the daily missions, sometimes they either get reset randomly or don't seem to work. Example; today is "use the extractor to break down an item". I've broken down a piece of equipment and a dragon gem, didn't get credit.

Has anyone else noticed this?
