Both characters have been unable to do any damage since May 16th.
I also have cash items running on both characters (Pet, 3 Hidden Crest Slots, 3 Talisman Slots, +1 Skill Crest) on both characters.

Its been 5 days already and still nothing has happened. I got Cash Shop items running on the char. Why isnt this getting resolved faster. Cant Deal Damage/Cant Pick Up loot after disconnecting in ACL runs

This happened since yesterday.

Actually, when I checked it now, both my characters that cleared ACL fast are flagged and I cannot hit anything or deal any damage. I haven't re-submitted a ticket but I figured I don't need to since they just tell me to go here in the ticket.
