Plaese Fix Argenta in Carderock

I know this is a long shot, but I am on the quest *For the Beauty*, which is meant to be handed into Argenta. She is not in Carderock for me. I believe because i have progressed into the main story far enough and completed so many quests in this area that she has phased out or something.
This quest chain is the final requirement i need for the title collection achieve for *Proficient Collector* Title.
Please allow Argenta to be seen in old content areas if you have a quest for it if you can,
