Sparkling title box bugged quest

[Paradokxical]

I was trying to get the sparkling title but on the last stage of the dungeon, i cant talk to Chief wolf pound

Mission : Bamboo forest sweetheart, Seeing is believing, you meet him in the great arena and he says beat it then talk to him again.
Ive tried to do it several times, abandoned then retaken quest, restarted game, restarted pc and nothing. Tried in a party without a party and still cant click him.
